Each quarter, DeSales Community Development and Fox Grove Management staff are invited to nominate their colleagues who have done outstanding work in support of our mission and communities for All-Staff All-Star awards. The winners are nominated in one of our company values: Collaborative Leadership, Innovation and Improvement, Accountability, Resilience and Dedication, and Service.
One winner is selected from each department, and the winners are celebrated at our all staff meeting and awarded with gift cards. Below are our Spring 2022 All-Staff All-Stars, along with highlights from their nomination by their colleagues:
Jerry Butler - Maintenance All Star for Service and Innovation
"Jerry Butler provides service to any property or manager that request his assistance. Jerry's dedication is non comparable. Jerry goes over and beyond to help anyone." - Alacious McKissic
"Jerry is very dedicated and will go to multiple properties and help out, he will stay after hours to complete task, works on call for various properties and overall a great asset to the company." - Yvette Williams
"He always greets me with warmth and a smile, He is genuinely interested in doing a better job for his properties, the residents he serves, his co-workers, and the organization itself. Only his supervisor and ops can judge his ideas, but the fact that he consistently generates new ones lets us know that he is not satisfied with the status quo and suggests that change must be embraced if we are to move with the times." - Tiffany Minx
Bridgette Boyd - Property Management All Star for Accountability
"I've been lucky that Bridgette is at KLS because I've often used that site with my projects, and she's been very accommodating with her space and helpful in supporting these initiatives. Whether with RENTCafe or with the many trainings held at either the KLS community room or the office, Bridgette has been there to assist me, answer my questions, unlock doors, pass on information to residents, get help from maintenance or just talk. She's friendly even when she's busy, and I know that I can count on her. I also love to visit KLS to see how she's color coordinating her outfit that day! But I guess sharp dresser isn't one of our core values ;) " - Tiffany Minx
Lisette Ortega-Vidal - Admin All-Star for Resilience and Dedication
"Lisette works so dang hard! She shows her leadership by her actions, which is a true example of integrity. She comes in on Saturdays and works late nights, pulling extra hours in the hopes that none of us staff have to work extra hours in the future. She has to make difficult decisions and balance a million things at once, but is still able to take time for genuine conversations and to try and make you laugh. Grateful for such an amazing leader!" - Mike Ziegler
