Property Manager

The Property Manager reports to the Area Manager, and his or her duties include but are not limited to:

• Primary responsibility for the successful management of DeSales Community Development and Fox Grove Management’s multi-family portfolio with attention to the “double bottom lines” of financial performance and community improvement.

• Plan and direct all management functions including marketing, tenant screening and selection, maintenance, capital improvements, collections, purchasing, vendor procurement, reporting and personnel management.

• With support from the Assistant Property Manager perform routine property management activities, including but not limited to response to leasing inquiries; showing apartments, taking and processing tenant applications; taking and processing work orders; conducting move-in and move-out inspections.

• Other duties as may be assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.

• At least 5 years of experience in property management, leasing or customer service.

• A professional demeanor for receiving the public by phone, email, and in person.
