DeSales Impact 2014 SFE

The Community Development Administration awarded funding to a DeSales-affiliated developer to rehabilitate two single family homes.  The homes are located at 2607 California and 2842 Ohio.

Both sites are next to, or very close to, a 36-unit multi-family development, DeSales Impact 2014. The Ohio site is next to where DeSales Impact 2014 demolished a severely dilapidated group of row houses and constructed three new two-family flats designed to historic district standards.  The home at 2607 California is on the same block where DeSales owns and manages 11 other buildings.
