A Path to Stability: Earl and Liz's Experience with Here to Stay

Earl and Liz, tenants of Fox Grove, had fallen behind on rent due to SAFHR not providing the expected payouts. They learned about Here to Stay, the DeSales/Fox Grove eviction prevention program, at a Resident Resource Night and decided to enroll with the help of their property management team.

During their time in the program, they worked with Mia Sutton, Community Service Coordinator, and attended financial coaching classes. By the end of the program, Earl and Liz had not only paid off their debt in full but also achieved a positive credit balance! Liz attributes their success to the financial management classes, which helped them streamline their finances and find a more effective away to manage their money.
