After nearly two years of hard work, and with the invaluable assistance of Legal Services of Eastern Missouri's Neighborhood Advocacy Program, DeSales has successfully obtained the title to this property! We are proud to announce that it will be hitting the housing market as of July 2023! This charming home is conveniently located near South Grand and Tower Grove Park, making it an ideal place to live. We are thrilled to extend a warm welcome to new neighbors in Tower Grove East and take one more step towards transforming a vacant property into a vibrant and thriving community!

Beginning in 2021, a home at 3543 Victor came to DeSales’ attention after neighbors were frustrated by years of vacancy and inaction. In early 2022, DeSales received right-of-entry from the court, and was able to enter and assess what was needed to bring the home up to code. We have now petitioned for right-of-posession to correct code violations. Once we have done that, we will be eligible to receive the title to the home, and will then determine the next step for the property that is best for the neighbors and community.
