By 2013, this mixed-use building at Wyoming and Arkansas in Tower Grove East had been vacant for many years and was rapidly deteriorating. With the support of 8th Ward Alderman Steve Conway the city had acquired the building four years earlier. After several would-be rehabbers passed on the building, DeSales recruited a fearless local developer who agreed to purchased and rehab it. Her plan was to convert the building into two for-sale townhouses. Following extensive reconstruction and rehab, the project was completed in 2014.
