Vacancy Initiative

Throughout its history, DeSales has actively sought to combat vacancy and abandonment in its service area. Recently, DeSales has joined forces with other members of the St. Louis Vacancy Collaborative to identify prime candidates for intervention and work to get these properties into the hands of responsible rehabbers.
